It appears that the connection was set up using a temporary access token, which has since expired. To resolve this, please reconnect to the WhatsApp Cloud API by regenerating a new token and updating your connection accordingly.

Additionally, please ensure that your action is configured properly for any sections containing dynamic content. Here's a quick guideline:

  • Header: Select โ€œYesโ€ only if your header contains dynamic values. If not, leave this section blank.
  • Body: If your message body includes dynamic parameters, select โ€œYesโ€ and map the parameters accordingly. Otherwise, leave it unselected.
  • Buttons: If your buttons are static (i.e., do not change dynamically), set this option to โ€œNo.โ€
